This may sound biased, but in my opinion, Flavour is quickly becoming Ireland’s top magazine dedicated to food, festivals, restaurants and chefs based in the Northern half of the country.
Never have I possessed a magazine so jam packed with delicious information and interviews with top chefs, food event organisers and restauranteurs.
The Autumn issue has Ireland’s favourite chef, Neven Maguire gracing the cover, and it contains seriously delicious recipes that are perfect for this season.
There is also a little feature that focuses on cooks/chefs in their kitchen, and I’m delighted that I feature in this issue!
I recommend getting a subscription to this magazine, or picking it up if you see it in the newsagents. You won’t be disappointed!
